• Missed call text back systems • Lead follow-up automations • Appointment booking systems • CRM setup and customization • Review request automations • SMS, email, and workflow integrations • Ongoing support and optimization services
We reserve the right to modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue services at any time.
ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of yourself or your business to use our services.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to provide accurate information necessary for onboarding, setup, billing, and service delivery.
You are responsible for:
• Maintaining access credentials securely • Ensuring lawful use of messaging and communication tools • Obtaining any required customer consent for SMS/email marketing • Complying with local, state, and federal laws • Reviewing automations before deployment when requested
PAYMENTS & BILLING
All fees are due as agreed at the time of purchase or onboarding.
Monthly plans may renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with your agreement.
Late or failed payments may result in paused services, restricted access, or termination.
Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable for work already performed, setup completed, or active service periods.
NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
While our systems are designed to improve response time, lead recovery, and customer communication, we do not guarantee specific revenue increases, lead volume, conversion rates, or business outcomes.
Results depend on many factors including business operations, pricing, sales process, demand, and responsiveness.
THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS
Our services may rely on third-party providers such as CRM software, SMS carriers, payment processors, calendar tools, hosting providers, or integrations.
We are not responsible for outages, delays, pricing changes, policy changes, or service interruptions caused by third-party platforms.
SMS & COMMUNICATION COMPLIANCE
If SMS or call automation is used, you are responsible for ensuring lawful communication practices, including consent requirements, opt-out compliance, and customer contact permissions.
Carrier filtering, delays, or message delivery limitations may occur and are outside our control.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All branding, website content, processes, systems, templates, workflows, text, and materials created by Client Flow Automation remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients receive a limited right to use deliverables for their internal business operations during active service.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information shared during the relationship, including strategies, credentials, customer data, pricing, and internal processes.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Client Flow Automation shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost profit damages arising from use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid to us in the preceding 30 days of service.
TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for nonpayment, abuse, illegal activity, misuse of systems, harassment, or violation of these Terms.
Clients may cancel ongoing services according to their billing agreement.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Client Flow Automation from claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your misuse of services, unlawful messaging practices, customer disputes, or violations of law.
CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective when posted to our website. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which the Company operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
